My Experience with both brows,

1. Anastasia's brow cost vise is too pricy, but the performance is fantastic.
2. ELF brow cost vise very affordable and the product's performance is too good.
3. The pigmentation is good in Anastasia and less pigment in the elf brow. 
4. The shade I got ebony in Anastasia and espresso is an elf. Both shade color is identical.
5. Both brows products stay all day without smudging our brows.
6. Elf is an exact dupe of Anastasia's shade color, and the pigmentation of their brow matches perfectly, but it costs way cheaper than Anastasia Beverley hills.
7. If you are a beginner in makeup and want to try brow products, I recommend buying elf brow gel.
