Hi, glam. Today, I am sharing my top four drugstore eyeliners. I love eyeliner. It defines and hence makeup look; I always search for better eyeliner in the drugstore. This review helps you find the best one.

My final verdict is,

1. Elf liner is very pigmented, creamy, and easy to draw; however, it is not entirely waterproof and stays longer. I like the formula of the liner, and I highly recommend it.
2. Loreal is my all-time favorite. The tip is good, and the formula is waterproof and thumps up.
3. The Nyx formula is excellent and waterproof, but I didn't like the liner's tip too tiny.
4. Cover girl is liquid eyeliner; the tip is excellent and stays longer, but dries quickly.
